I heard the Spirit say, “Spiritual Eagles are rising against the spiritual resistance.” God is bringing a “gathering of eagles” from multi-denominational and other streams together to rise up in apostolic prophetic authority! Walls of tradition, religious order, racier barriers and other barriers are falling!
piritual Resistance Leads to Breakthrough
Breaking through into the spirit realm at first may seem very difficult, very tough. Fasting will be such a struggle because you are beating your spiritual wings with everything you have. Just keep beating and just keep fasting and exercising your spiritual muscles. Suddenly the time will come when you will break through and find the current of His Spirit wherein is rest and strength and where you can trust Him and follow the leading of His Spirit until the next battle comes.
2 Corinthians 4:17 says, “For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.” The struggle of one day of fasting pales in comparison to the benefits that we receive in destroying the works of the flesh and submitting ourselves to the law and direction of the Spirit.
1 Corinthians 10:13 tells us, “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way of escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”
