For it is written: You shall make your prayer to him, and he shall hear you, and you shall pay your vows. You shall also decree a thing, and it shall be established to you: and the light shall shine on your ways. When men are cast down, then you shall say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person. - Job 22:27-29

And yet the Bible tells us:
The LORD will open for you His good storehouse, the heavens, to give rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hand; and you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.- Deut. 28:12Bible says this about the wicked:
The trouble he planned will return on his own head, and his violence will descend on his skull.- Psalm 7:16No wonder Nehemiah cried out like this:
Hear, O our God, how we are despised! Return their reproach on their own heads and give them up for plunder in a land of captivity. - Neh. 4:Bible is clear about this. Isa 59:1-2 says:
Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save,or his ear dull, that it cannot hear;but your iniquities have made a separationbetween you and your God,and your sins have hidden his face from youso that he does not hear.
